With our experienced back office in Lebanon handling designs and documentation we execute highquality projects in Saudi Arabia focusing on enhancing the client experience and meeting specific project goals within budget and on schedule.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Estimator to join our team in Riyadh. The Estimator will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications preparing detailed cost estimates and collaborating closely with our design procurement and teams to ensure competitive accurate and profitable project pricing. This role is essential in helping Form secure new projects by providing transparent and comprehensive cost estimates for our fitout projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project documents including drawings specifications and other relevant details to understand project requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor materials equipment and subcontractor costs specific to fitout projects. Collaborate with the design and teams to ensure alignment on scope design changes and materials for each project. Source and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality availability and costeffectiveness. Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Prepare and present estimate reports to management outlining scope cost breakdowns and risk assessments. Track and document historical cost data for future project references and to improve estimation accuracy. Support the Business Development team in preparing bid proposals and responding to RFPs with competitive and accurate pricing. Stay uptodate with market rates material prices and industry trends relevant to fitout projects.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Quantity Surveying Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the fitout or construction industry ideally in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and advanced Excel skills. Indepth understanding of construction materials processes and methodologies specifically for fitout projects.
Excellent analytical skills attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and internal teams.
Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
