HR Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, filtering, screening, and coordinating interview schedules for all jobs according to resourcing plan.
• Conducting interviews and all reports related.
• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
• Administer health and life insurance programs.
• Sending and receiving business emails.
• Performing data entry and preparing required reports.
• Making & receiving customers, employees, and candidate's calls.
• Preparing /updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination.
• Manage all employees’ files, hiring Documents, annual leaves, and employees’ contracts.
• Prepare all insurance forms like forms 1, 6, 2 and manage any issue with the social insurance office.
• Maintain Timekeeping (Time & Attendance System) including set up of all users, updating schedules, reviewing and monitoring accruals.
• Coordinate the employee's events, activities for engagement.
• Attending all meetings and training scheduled by the company.
