Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle and handling day to day operational tasks related order tracking, shipping status and delivery on the e-commerce platforms
Following up on the website and app warehouse inventory
Products update on the website in terms of photos, specs, prices
Follow up on card decline reasons to inform the customer
Replying to customers’ requests on live chat
Following up and replying to emails and complaints received from the customers
Coordinating and working closely with the finance department to process payments.
Researching competition promotions and new arrivals on their ecommerce platforms
Following up and updating the CMS
Extracting and preparing reports as requested
Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Job Requirements
Male, maximum age: 30
Bachelor degree; advanced degree a plus
E-commerce operations background is a MUST
Previous Experience in OpenCart is preferred
Perfect computer skills
Very good English specially written
Very good Excel knowledge
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Flexibility & ability to work in a team
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
