Facilitate effective onboarding processes for new enterprise clients ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of our products
Track and report on key account metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing client accounts
Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement account plans aligned with overall company goals
Use CRM software to maintain accurate and uptodate account information
Qualifications :
3 years experience in a clientfacing role in a SaaS B2B company
You speak and write fluently in English and are able to explain complex topics clearly and concisely as well as adjust your tone depending on your audience
Youre good at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Youre resultsdriven and have a strategic mindset
Youre a problemsolver independent and agile
Youre techsavvy with a keen interest in staying uptodate on the latest technologies and industry trends
Youre comfortable working in a fastpaced and quickly changing environment
eCommerce background and/or experience working with eCommerce brands a big advantage
