We specialize in digital fleet management solutions that automate operations manage resources effectively and facilitate waste control. Our innovative software not only optimizes fuel consumption but also streamlines payment processes and enhances internal control via our application.

Position Overview:

The Senior Sales Specialist will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This position involves extensive engagement with both prospective and existing clients presenting our products value propositions and effectively closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with the companys growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients showcasing the benefits and features of the companys software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer needs to drive product enhancements.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the SaaS technology or corporate services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
