- Manages and maintains accurate financial records including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
- Prepares financial reports budgets and forecasts to support school management in decisionmaking.
- Processes payroll ensures timely payment of salaries and handles statutory deductions such as taxes and pensions.
- Monitors tuition fee collections tracks outstanding balances and follows up on overdue payments.
- Reconciles bank statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
