Job Summary:
Our client a leading company in the tech/telecommunication sector is seeking a resultsdriven Sales & Business Development Representative to acquire and manage business customers in traditional industries such as retail logistics healthcare finance and manufacturing. The role focuses on selling enterprise communication solutions and APIs to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential business clients to drive adoption of communication solutions.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions through consultative selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical insights to decisionmakers.
- Manage the sales pipeline drive conversions and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop proposals and pricing models for enterprise clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive growth through crossselling and upselling.
- Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide insights for strategy refinement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product and customer success) to optimize sales processes.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management in enterprise solutions SaaS or APIdriven sales.
- Strong understanding of traditional industries and experience in selling communication solutions.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and close highvalue deals in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Technical acumen to understand and effectively present enterprise solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools and datadriven sales methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously.
