Responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the company s goals. Manages the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding. Works closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs optimize hiring processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Provides insights on market trends workforce planning and employer branding to enhance the company s recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job posting resume screening interviewing and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Zoho Recruit and SAP SuccessFactors to enhance sourcing and hiring efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professional and timely communication.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve hiring efficiency and decisionmaking.
- Work with employer branding teams to strengthen the company s reputation as an attractive workplace.
- Stay updated on industry trends recruitment technologies and market best practices.
- Lead mass hiring initiatives and specialized recruitment programs including graduate and internship programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies hiring regulations and labor laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment trends and enhance hiring strategies.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Immediate availability to join is required.
- CIPD or SHRM certification (preferred).
- Previous experience in a digital transformation consulting firm (preferred).
