Were looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong technical background to join the growing Enterprise team at Wix. In this role youll serve as a trusted technical advisor working closely with enterprise clients to understand their technical needs and design scalable customized solutions on the Wix platform. Youll engage in technical discovery solution design and implementation guidance ensuring that enterprise clients can seamlessly integrate Wix into their ecosystems.
Lead technical discovery with enterprise clients analyzing their requirements existing systems and technical constraints
Architect and design scalable solutions providing guidance on best practices for integration with identity providers CRMs payment gateways cloud platforms and other enterprise technologies
Work handson with APIs web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and enterprise authentication protocols (SSO OAuth SAML)
Act as a technical consultant during sales and implementation cycles ensuring clients achieve a seamless and efficient deployment of Wix solutions
Develop proofofconcept implementations and conduct technical demos to showcase Wixs capabilities
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams advocating for enterprise client needs and influencing future platform enhancements
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations ensuring their needs are met helping to secure longterm partnerships and offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance
Qualifications :
4 years of experience as a solutions engineer sales engineer or in a similar technical role
Strong technical background in enterpriselevel software solutions integrations and architecture
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain and demo complex technical concepts to nontechnically oriented audiences while also engaging deeply with technical stakeholders
Expertise in web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and enterprise integrations (APIs authentication protocols networking cloud platforms CRMs and data platforms)
Proven ability to work crossfunctionally with sales teams product teams and technical support to ensure successful outcomes for clients
Experience working with enterpriselevel clients and managing relationships with internal crossdepartmental stakeholders
Strong problemsolving skills creativity and the ability to collaborate with others to drive success
