Fulltime position reporting to Senior Executive Director Partnerships & Growth
The Director of Marketing and Outreach drives brand development market positioning and business growth for HEC Paris Doha. This role leads core market outreach activities to generate leads support lead conversion and build brand awareness. The Director oversees strategic and operational marketing events and community engagement functions ultimately expanding HEC Paris presence in Qatar and across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing
- Develop and support the implementation of the HEC Paris Doha Marketing and Communications Strategy
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of ongoing marketing activities in contribution to the overall marketing strategy
- Lead research and analysis of market trends competitor offerings demographics and other information affecting marketing strategies
- Provide input for the development of the program portfolio to identify market gaps and ensure relevance of the offer to the market
- Ensure consistent and compelling institutional and programmatic branding across all marketing channels and collateral
- Oversee creation of promotional materials and all marketing collateral including brochures flyers and digital content
- Drive lead generation and digital marketing efforts enhancing online presence through SEO SEM social media and targeted email campaigns across the region
- Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies based on datadriven insights
- Oversee budget and ensure the efficiency of allocation to marketing returns
Outreach
- Direct the events function and manage the events team to ensure professionalism and sales support across all events across the region
- Direct community outreach activities including alumni relations
- Ensure alumni/external contact lists remain updated and integrated with CRM
- Ensure efficient budget allocation to community engagement goals
Team management
- Oversee the marketing events and community engagement teams
- Supervise direct reports provide performance feedback identify training opportunities and support professional development to ensure engagement and productivity
- Provide regular and timely activity reports to management
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Business or related field
- 10 years of experience in marketing with proven leadership in the field
- Knowledge and experience in Higher Education Executive Education Talent Management Learning & Development and/or Leadership Development
- Highly proficient in Word Excel and PowerPoint experience in CRM systems for lead management and forecasting (preferably Sales Force)
- Solid business acumen ability to influence executive decisions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Resultsdriven with strong customer focus
- Experience working with marketing/social media/PR agencies
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
- Excellent command of English; other languages (Arabic French) are a plus
- Communicate with precision and tact
- Demonstrated data analytics abilities
- Ability to anticipate problems and generate solutions quickly
- Energetic strong work ethic takes initiative
- Keen eye for detail and brand alignment
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to adapt working hours to business needs
- Prior experience in GCC countries a plus
