Main responsibilities include:
- Identify and follow up on Program Quality objectives 0 Km Warranty and specific customer quality indicators) to ensure their achievement throughout the program.
- Assess relevant risks and trigger internal alerts if necessary.
- Manage Quality objectives and cascade them to internal teams and (through ASQ) to external suppliers.
- Monitor risk reduction activities such as DFMEA PFMEA KC Management Process and perceived quality convergence activities (Meisterbock process).
- Support Engineering in developing DVP/PVP while ensuring compliance with customer and internal requirements obtaining customer approval (if applicable) and meeting agreed deadlines.
- Ensure product conformity and labeling according to customer requirements with support from related operations and the pilot plant (if applicable).
- Manage the relationship with Customer Quality acting as the external and internal contact for customer APQP.
- Prepare compile and upload the PPAP documentation on the customer B2B platform (GM Supply Power GQTS) until handover to the home plant.
- Lead the relation with Customer Quality being external and internal contact for customer APQP.
- Validate external packaging in cooperation with related support functions.
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Plastics Industry etc. or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in the automotive industry in a qualityrelated or similar role.
Knowledge of and preferably handson experience with qualityrelated tools and methodologies (functional analysis FMEA special characteristics management reliability problemsolving variability reduction etc..
Experience in project work and the application of relevant project management tools.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Team player with strong communication skills in both English and French.
Experience with SAP and proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office Outlook).
