Luna Socks is an ecommerce startup that specializes in printing custom pet images on socks. Customers can upload an image of their pet and we print it on the socks. Based in Germany we are expanding into the Frenchspeaking market and are looking for a customer and marketing support team member who is fluent in both French and English.
Tasks
- Connect with smaller influencers for potential marketing collaborations on Instagram and TikTok.
- Respond to customer inquiries in English and French via email and social media.
- Assist in content production and adapt it for the Frenchspeaking market.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English.
- Bachelors degree or higher preferably in communications or marketing.
- Strong interest in social media and influencer marketing.
- Previous experience in customer support for ecommerce companies is a plus.
