About The Role:
We are looking for a detailoriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software identifying defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role involves working closely with developers product managers and stakeholders to maintain highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
Ensure software quality by conducting functional regression performance and security testing.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve product reliability. Implement and maintain QA processes and best practices.
Work with tools like Selenium JUnit TestNG JIRA Postman and Appium.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO Six Sigma CMMI etc.).
Prepare detailed reports on test results defects and system performance.
Automate testing using frameworks like Cypress Playwright or Robot Framework.
Support Automate regression Executions ( Daily Weekly and Monthly Release Integrations)
Help in root cause analysis of defects/issues and facilitate product release/rollout
Build manage execute and debug automated functional test suite
Requirements
Skills
Bachelor s in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA TestRail etc.).
Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Basic understanding of SQL databases for data validation.
Ability to write test scripts using Python Java or JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with unit testing and integration testing (Jest Mocha Chai).
Experience working with GIT SVN Rally or Jira
Good understanding of Web testing HTML HTTP/HTTPS Protocol and Websockets
Strong Backend Load/Performance testing via REST APIs required
Strong in Linux System Integration and Debugging
Ability to communicate effectively via written or spoken communication with both technical and nontechnical team members from front line contributors to Clevel leaders.
