Head - Personal Tax Practice

Experience & Qualification:

1) Inter CA/ IPCC qualified (Both Groups) with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in tax planning and compliance.
2) Deep understanding of ITR forms tax filing software and detailed knowledge of the Income Tax Act particularly concerning individuals and HUFs.
3) Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage a tax team.
4) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Skills Required:

1) Excellent communication skills to articulate complex tax laws effectively across different teams.
2)Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
3) Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies that align with company objectives.
2) Provide expert consultation on taxrelated matters ensuring compliance with the Income Tax Act and other relevant regulations.
3) Lead the tax planning team overseeing all activities and ensuring high performance and accuracy in deliverables.
4) Collaborate with the product team to integrate tax planning solutions into our tools and technologies.
5)Keep abreast of new tax laws and regulations and analyze their impact on company operations and planning strategies.
6) Coordinate with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders to optimize tax positions.

Remuneration & Benefits:

We offer fixed CTC based on merit.
