Position Overview:We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Specialist fluent in French to lead our sales efforts in the vibrant Athens market. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a wealth of sales experience a proven track record of success and a passion for driving business growth. The Senior Sales Specialist will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and driving revenue generation in the Frenchspeaking segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your fluency in French to conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling to engage with potential clients and generate leads.
  • Leverage your extensive sales experience and industry knowledge to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives driving business growth and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clients serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example setting high standards for sales excellence and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed their targets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the sales team fostering their professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Native or nearnative fluency in French coupled with proficiency in English.
  • Extensive sales experience with a minimum of X years of experience in a senior sales role preferably within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and exceeding sales targets through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their full potential.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
