Job Brief:

Job Title: Cabin Crew

Job Type: Fulltime

Experience: Minimum 1year Required & Fresher Can Also Applicable

Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and assist them with boarding and disembarking the aircraft
• Conduct preflight safety demonstrations and ensure that all safety procedures are followed throughout the flight
• Respond to passenger inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Serve meals beverages and snacks to passengers in accordance with company standards
• Monitor and maintain cabin cleanliness and appearance throughout the flight
• Assist passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
• Work closely with the flight crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the flight following established procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service hospitality or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Physical fitness and ability to meet the physical demands of the role including lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for extended periods
• Fluent in English & hindi.
