Job Brief:
Job Title: Cabin Crew
Interview Location: Delhi
Job Type: Fulltime
Experience: Minimum 1year Required & Fresher Can Also Applicable
Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers and assist them with boarding and disembarking the aircraft
- Conduct preflight safety demonstrations and ensure that all safety procedures are followed throughout the flight
- Respond to passenger inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Serve meals beverages and snacks to passengers in accordance with company standards
- Monitor and maintain cabin cleanliness and appearance throughout the flight
- Assist passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
- Work closely with the flight crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the flight following established procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical fitness and ability to meet the physical demands of the role including lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for extended periods
- Fluent in English & hindi.
