Customer Service Representative in Portugal

Vereisten

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
  

• Customeroriented with empathy to deal with customers effectively;
  

• Problemsolving ability and ability to perform under pressure;
  

• Basic knowledge of computer and software applications;
  

• Flexibility to work in a shift schedule including weekends and evenings if necessary;
  

• Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus;
  

• Commitment to staying with the client in Portugal for at least 1 year;
  

• Minimum MBO diploma;
  

• Enrollment in the education related to the project your hours will be paid;
  

• Fluent in Dutch and English (B2)
