What Youll Do:

As a Media Buyer you will be responsible for negotiating and procuring advertising inventory for their clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure advertisements effectively reach target audiences through highquality channels while optimising budgets.

You will need to excel in negotiation possess strong critical thinking abilities and establish trust and rapport with both clients and media professionals. If you possess a deep understanding of current media channels and advertising options we are eager to meet you.

Your ultimate goal will be to optimise ad exposure surpass competitors and effectively manage budgets to achieve maximum impact.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
• Compare and negotiate rates ad space and airtime
• Optimise plans and budgets for the best media mix
• Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
• Experiment with new platforms and channels
• Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately

• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
• Report to clients and build longterm relationships

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience (1 years) as a Media Buyer or similar role with a preference for digital media experience
• Familiarity with mediabuying planning and research
• Interest in following advertising and media trends
• Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organisational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills
• BSc/BA in Marketing Advertising or a related field

Remuneration Package:

• Competitive salary range:RON net depending on experience
• Fulltime onsite employment
• Working hours: 9:0018:00 with a 1hour break
• 21 days annual leave 3 days sick leave
