As a Junior Data Analyst you will support our data analytics team in extracting and analyzing data generating reports and contributing to the development of datadriven solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who is passionate about turning data into insights and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic work environment.

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions.
• Use statistical tools to interpret data sets paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to effectively communicate trends patterns and predictions using relevant data.
• Support senior data analysts and data scientists in daily tasks including managing larger data sets and designing algorithms to solve specific problems.
• Help maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions.
• Assist with data quality checking and cleansing.
• Aid in the implementation and support of data analysis tools and software.
• Participate in team meetings to share findings and discuss improvements.
• Stay current with the latest trends techniques and technologies in data analysis and software tools.
• Contribute to problemsolving discussions and brainstorming sessions.

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or related field.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau SQL).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problemsolving skills.
• Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
