Tasks

• Be a champion for user safety. Youll review graphic content submitted by users ensuring it adheres to strict community guidelines.
• Master detective! Youll classify and possibly remove highly sensitive content upholding a positive user experience.
• Be a team player. Follow instructions and adhere to company policies ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of customer information.
• Advocate for resolution. Conduct outbound calls during investigations collecting evidence from drivers and customers.

Requirements

• Be a language whiz! Possess a C1C2 level of fluency in Croatian/Serbian Latvian Or Hebrew Speaking along with strong B2 English communication skills (written and spoken).
