APS6 Senior Workforce IAM Engineer

Essential criteria

• Strong experience and expertise in designing implementing and maintaining identity and access management solutions.

• Extensive experience in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Entra ID Governance.
• Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell is highly desirable.
• Experience with solutions such as Auth0 Okta ForgeRock Ping Akamai or equivalent is highly desirable but not required.
• Experience with SCIM is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.

Desirable criteria

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell is highly desirable.
• Experience with SCIM is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage workload and priorities.
