Desktop support engineer

L2 Resource Qualifications:

i. B.E./B. TECH/MCA/BCA/B. Sc.IT/BSCComputers with minimum 3 years of Experience or Other Graduates with minimum 5 years of Experience in Support and implementation of Office 365 Productivity Suite including Active Directory ADFS and lntune policy configurationsimplementationand management. Ability to write and run various scripts to extract available data from Banks Tenant on Microsoft Cloud and present it to Bank in desired format such as ExcelPowerPoint etc.

ii. Sound knowledge of Windows Server Administration for managing onpremises ADFS set up and SQL Database is a must.

iii. An OEM certificat ion/Authorized training partner certification in the area of Primary skill set is mandatory.

L1 Resource Qualifications:

i. Graduate B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BCA/B. Sc.IT/BSCComputers with minimum 1year of Experience or Other Graduates with minimum 1.5 years of Experience in emailplatform Active Directory ADFSSQL Database and Shell Scripts etc.

ii. An OEM certification/Authorized training partner certification in the area of Primary skill set is mandatory.

Any later substitution replacement of resources is to be done in compliance to these minimum requisites. These are the minimum qualification and experience stipulated by the Bank.
