VP Engineering

We arethe first perpetuals DEX engineered specifically for Real World Assets. We build on the massive growth in onchain perpetuals bringing a firstofitskind twist through a focus on RWAs. We will enable trading of an entirely new set of assets previously unavailable onchain from gold & copper to wheat oil & forex pairs to the most popular product in DeFi.

Were on the lookout for a VP of Engineering to join and help lead our dynamic team. This role is designed for someone who has a deepseated passion for blockchain technology.

This role is a blend of technical development and engineering / product leadership. We are open to consider canddiates more focused in either product or engineering but this person should expect to (and be excited by) wearing a few different hats.

Essential Requirements

• Technicall background ideally in full stack development
• Experience working in crypto and a passion for defi
• Experience in either product or engineering leadership
• Close enough to NYC or London to be able to visit at least once a month for a week at a time

Key Requirements (not a requirement to meet all of these)

• Ability to lead and contribute to building and maintain Subgraphs for indexing blockchain data.
• Experience with frontend web3 libraries (e.g. web3.js ethers.js) to enable direct DApp interaction from web interfaces.
• Experience with Integrating oracle systems to fetch realtime data.
• Enhance our development and deployment processes through the use of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Develop serverside applications using modern backend frameworks (e.g. NestJs Next.js) ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Must beable tocommute to NYC or London often (min once a month) should live within 2 hours of those 2 locations.
