- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience,.
