Job Title: Skilled Migration Consultant


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skilled Migration Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sign up clients interested in migrating to Australia under skilled migration programs and oversee the entire application process. The ideal candidate should possess indepth knowledge of immigration laws excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:

1. Conduct consultations with prospective clients interested in skilled migration programs.

2. Assess clients eligibility for skilled migration based on their qualifications work experience and other relevant factors.

3. Provide accurate and uptodate information regarding immigration policies procedures and requirements for various destination countries.

4. Prepare and submit applications ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with immigration regulations.

5. Liaise with government authorities embassies and other relevant agencies on behalf of clients to facilitate the application process.

6. Keep clients informed about the progress of their applications and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.

7. Provide guidance and assistance to clients in obtaining necessary documents such as police clearances medical examinations and skills assessments.

8. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies that may affect clients applications.

9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application details on CRM.

10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the migration consultancy.



Requirements

1. Bachelors degree preferably in a relevant field

2. Proven experience working as a migration consultant or in a similar role preferably with a focus on skilled migration.

3. Indepth knowledge of immigration laws policies and procedures for various destination countries such as Australia Canada and New Zealand.

4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess clients eligibility for skilled migration programs.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex information to clients.

6. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

7. Exceptional customer service skills and a clientcentric approach.

8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
