Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description

This is a fulltime role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments developing treatment plans overseeing therapy sessions providing parent education and monitoring progress. The BCBA will also collaborate with therapists families and other members of the treatment team to ensure highquality therapy services are provided to each child with ASD.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Knowledge of Behavior Management techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing Parent Education and training
• Masters degree in Psychology Special Education or a related field
• Current and active BCBA certification
• Experience working with individuals with ASD
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
