Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Job Duties:
- Monitor and adjust plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for students.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of interventions and progress.
- Collaborate with educators therapists and families to support student success.
Requirements
- Valid Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidencebased practices.
- Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with students parents and staff.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting particularly those with autism and other developmental disabilities.
