Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document students progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students specific needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech language and communication disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students including articulation fluency voice and language interventions.
- Educate and train school staff and families on strategies to support students communication skills in various settings.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations.
- Collaborate with teachers special education staff and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students educational programs.
Requirements
- State licensure (if applicable)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
