Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager with expertise across multiple IT domains to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead SAP projects manage project scope budget and schedule and oversee presales activities. This role requires strong leadership skills technical proficiency and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead big and midsized SAP projects ensuring delivery within quality time and budget constraints.
• Manage the project team including project planning controlling and reporting.
• Oversee project mobilization resource planning and allocation.
• Mentor and provide specialized knowledge and training to the project team.
• Evaluate team member performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate internal presales activities including cost estimation and resource planning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Coordinate vendors consultants and client IT and business staff.
• Drive consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle.
• Adhere to project management practices and governance requirements.
• Handle project challenges with significant emotional quotient (EQ) and maintain a positive project culture.

Skills and Competencies:

• Solid SAP knowhow (Logistics or financial area).
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical and business knowledge.
• Customeroriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office MS Project and other project management tools.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Understanding of EPC project delivery and the stage gate process.
• Ability to manage project change effectively.
• Experience working in the automotive/manufacturing sector is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Automation Mining Digital Technology Data Science or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years managing projects and/or deploying complex digital solutions in an industrial environment.
• PMP Certification through PMI or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project Visio and Office.
• Experience with Commonwealth IT procurement processes is preferred.
