Job Title: Fresher Recruiter
This is a 3 months internship with us for 10k stipend. Basis on your performance it can be converted to a fulltime role.

Company Overview:
Vertoz is MADTech Group helping Digital Marketers Advertising Agencies and Digital Media businesses with their DataDriven Marketing Advertising and monetization expedition by utilizing the latest technology. Vertoz has developed inhouse fullstack MADTech Products and acquired various components to complement.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Fresher Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Fresher Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and recruiting candidates for various entrylevel positions within the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to kickstart their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify potential candidates through online channels social media job boards and networking events.
  • Review resumes and applications to screen candidates for basic qualifications and job fit.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills experience and interest in the position.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires including conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment events to attract top talent.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment is preferred but not required.
