Dhofar Global Tr Co LLC is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Property Valuer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property valuation with a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills. As a Property Valuer you will be responsible for conducting property valuations producing accurate reports and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations and provide accurate and timely reports to clients
Analyze and interpret market data to determine property values
Inspect properties and collect relevant information such as size condition location and market trends
Conduct thorough research and analysis of property data and market trends
Prepare detailed valuation reports and provide expert advice to clients
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all valuation activities
Keep uptodate with changes in the property market and industry regulations
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of work and service to clients

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Valuer
RICS certification is a must
Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and techniques
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to interpret and analyze market data and trends
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
