Job Summary:

As the Sales and Marketing Manager you will spearhead the sales and marketing efforts for a diverse range of properties including residential villas mixeduse apartments commercial properties and highvalue residential units. You will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement independent sales and marketing strategies for residential villas apartments commercial properties and highvalue Properties.

Cultivate relationships with potential buyers investors and tenants.

Leverage your extensive network and strong connections with the elite class celebrities government VIPs and international contacts to generate leads and secure highprofile clients.

Independently identify potential buyers investors and key stakeholders within the target market segments and proactively engage them to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

Utilize your network to gain referrals recommendations and introductions to influential individuals and organizations interested in highvalue commercial properties.

Oversee complex negotiations and transactions for highvalue properties.

Create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to each property type.

Utilize digital marketing social media and traditional advertising channels to maximize property exposure.

Conduct marketspecific research to refine marketing strategies.

Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients providing personalized services to meet their unique needs.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

10 years of successful experience in real estate sales and marketing with a proven track record.

Indepth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets including highvalue properties.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for real estate.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: RO800.000 RO2000.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
