Procurement Officer - SAM Engineering LLC

Experience & Responsibilities:

• Minimum level of experience 4 to 5 years
• Proficiency in procurement process
• Well versed with MEP & Building materials (specifications price availability in the market etc..)
• MEP & Civil Subcontract packages management
• Services and Manpower supply management
• Good sourcing evaluation and onboarding skills
• Excellent negotiation skills Terms of purchase and payment terms
• Proven experience in meeting budget and cost requirements
• Supplier market awareness and contacts
• Experience in ERP and MS Office package
• Knowledge about budget and cost management
• Level of responsibility Midlevel
• Willingness to be flexible with working hours

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate level in a related field (Postgraduate is an added advantage)
• Certificate courses in Supply Chain / Operations Management / Procurement Management
• Having a background working in an Engineering or Construction industry is an advantage

Communication Skills:

• Proficiency in English & Hindi (Written & Verbal) Arabic is an added advantage

Other Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Immediate joiner
• Ability to quickly adapt with management approved procedures and policies
