The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys accounting and financial functions. The CFO will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while providing strategic financial guidance to support the companys growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Leadership:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the goals and objectives of each business unit and support growth and sustainability.
  • Provide financial guidance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
2. Financial Operations Management:
  • Oversee daytoday financial operations including budgeting financial reporting and cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for each entity.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud errors and financial mismanagement.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to create and manage annual budgets.
  • Perform financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify assess and mitigate financial risks that may impact the organizations financial stability.
4. Ensure Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards regulations and tax requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and tax filings.
6. Audit and Risk Management:
  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Lead and execute inventory audit to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the organization.
Preferred skills
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Accounting Finance or related field. A certified Chartered
Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
Experience: 815 years of experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role. industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Manufacturing industry and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Experience in GST and other tax and statutory compliances.
  • Tech Savy: Proficient in the latest accounting software.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a highperforming team.
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to provide financial insights and contribute to the companys overall strategy.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
