Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Fulltime Permanent

Salary: 240880..86 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Overview: The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the company. While not interacting directly with clients this role is essential for the smooth operation and effective management of internal processes. The executive will ensure that all back office duties are conducted efficiently aligning with the company s operational policies and standards.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain records data and office supply inventory.
  • Assist in processing company documents with adherence to organizational guidelines.
  • Support financial management tasks including invoicing budget tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Handle confidential employee and company information with integrity and discretion.
  • Utilize office management software to create reports presentations and schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal events and meetings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
  • At least 1 year of total work experience in back office operations or similar roles.
