Business Analyst

• Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends customer needs and competitive threats.
  
• Analyze financial data including sales reports revenue projections and expense budgets to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
  
• Develop and maintain business performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate key findings insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  
• Provide strategic guidance and support to decisionmakers by presenting datadriven insights and recommendations that align with business objectives.
  
• Stay informed about industry developments market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks for the business.
  

Requirements

• This position is for Nagpur Location only candidates willing to relocate will be preferred.
• Bachelors degree is required.
  
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel SQL and data visualization software.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences effectively.
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Experience working in crossfunctional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
