Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of developers designers and system administrators to produce highquality software solutions
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and release
• Write clean efficient code based on software specifications
• Develop and maintain software documentation
• Conduct software analysis programming testing and debugging
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing software
• Recommend and execute improvements to existing software applications
• Ensure software is updated with the latest features
• Stay uptodate with new technology trends
• Collaborate with other team members to establish objectives and design more functional cohesive code
• Participate in Agile methodologies for software development
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• Assist in improving the quality and security of software applications
• Provide timely solutions to software issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Software Developer Software Engineer or similar role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C Python or others
• Experience with software design and development in a testdriven environment
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle including Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and software design patterns
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git Subversion)
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript etc.)
• Experience working with software testing and debugging
• Familiarity with software development tools and integrated development environments (IDEs)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
