ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products ITSM ITOM (CSDM CMDB Discovery & Event Mgmt) APM HRSD IRM BCM IT Asset Management etc
Experience with system administration
Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities
Understanding of ServiceNow licenses plugins activating plugin and related license dependencies
Experience with various integrations & APIs.
Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule
Perform POCs
Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners help with developing road map
Support with establishing governance model identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance
