On behalf of a leading construction and integrated maintenance solutions provider company in the region we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as Regional Marketing Lead.
Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategies
- Conduct thorough research on competitors and perform market research to understand the market needs
- Use the research and knowledge of the companys products to identify clear positioning determine the best features of products and craft effective messages across marketing channels (landing pages/ad campaigns) develop engaging/educational product marketing campaigns that reach a wide target audience and outline product marketing deployment timelines for the year.
- Work with various internal teams and stakeholders
- Test marketing product features releases and ad copy.
Sales Funnel Management and Develop Awareness
- Acquisition maximize reach of product content (social media blogs). Able to determine the effectiveness of each digital campaign (what when why and how) a project plan to determine when this content will be released and oversee a team that will create the desired content.
- Engagement Build trust and create conversation with potential customers through events campaigns and specific calls to action.
- Conversion and Retention Convert potential customers into paying customers for onetime purchases and keeping customers loyal through subscription models or addon purchases.
- Increase yearonyear growth through business developments and partnerships.
Develop Effective Marketing Content
- Works closely with the Business Development Manager to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Lead the Marketing and Corporate Communications segments
- Plan/budget/manage roadshows exhibitions as well as internal and external corporate events.
- Plan/create/edit/optimize a wide range of customerfacing marketing collaterals
- Identify relevant opinion leaders influencers media and content partners who can serve as advocates or partners in cocreating content and developing value offerings.
- Evaluate using owned paid earned and other avenues to maximise the distribution of assets to the right audience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Product Marketing Lead Brand Lead or similar role in the B2B space. Background in design and copywriting is a plus.
- Deep understanding of market trends and product life cycles
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis and demonstrated analytical skills in distilling and using customer data/insights and industry trends to develop communications and content strategies targeted at enterprises to drive marketing qualified leads for sales conversion.
- Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns and familiarity with product marketing tactics (integrated marketing campaigns)
- Handson experience in adopting digital performance marketing metrics (website traffic search ranking email open statistics AB test results cost per lead and conversion rate across all funnels) to improve performance refine content development and distribution and incorporate as future strategy and actions
- Strong communication and project management skills. Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects which includes managing advertising/direct marketing and research vendors.
