Responsibilities and Role:

Product Management:

• Craft seamless digital customer journeys setting the stage for unforgettable experiences.
• Prioritize features and ensure their timely delivery with a crossfunctional dream team.
• Lead with datadriven KPIs and steer business improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate actively with Cape Towns diverse business and IT teams driving productmarket fit.
• Be the glue connecting IT development business processes architecture and business leadership.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and KPIs championing continuous improvement through product enhancements.
• Manage the product backlog ensuring tasks align with evolving requirements and oversee the entire product creation process.

Operations & Finance:

• Drive unrivaled customer services across our digital products making Cape Town proud.
• Elevate and maintain exceptional customer service levels across all businesses and services.
• Provide integrated reporting and feedback making waves in the Mother City.
• Infuse a customercentric culture processes and working style into our dynamic team.
• Be the financial maestro planning evaluating and managing the budget for Product on a monthly and yearly basis.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate degree in IT Engineering Commerce or Marketing.
• 3 years of handson product management experience.
• Ride the waves of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Navigate the intricate architecture of product development.
• Command analytic tools like a digital superhero.
• Prioritize effectively creating a symphony of tasks.
• Champion usercentered design principles like a creative virtuoso.
