Should have solid validation lead experience working forpharmaceutical companies as Val lead/SME. Should have Validation Lead and LIMS advisory experience to guidethe entire program/project teams. Should have great communication and coordination skillsbetween internal team and customers across shores. Should have great stakeholder management skills in a matrixorganization. Should have good track record in managing teams to successfulproject delivery. Should have good understanding and experience on execution andmanaging GxP projects and deliverables. Should have solid experience in creating/executing best practicesguidelines checklist GxP projects execution.Worked in Life Sciences vertical both GxP and non GxP space. Familiar with Life science business process flow.
