We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team ideally with a background in the fastpaced retail or ecommerce industry. If you are fluent in Mandarin and have a passion for driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR solutions aligned with the companys strategy to support organizational effectiveness.
• Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships employee engagement morale productivity and retention.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. Identify training needs for teams and individuals; evaluate and improve training programs.
• Collaborate with business departments to understand hiring needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy.
• Ensure company regulations are developed and monitored in compliance with the prevailing Government Manpower Act.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Psychology Law Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
• At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience in a highgrowth environment.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations performance management employee engagement industrial relations and government regulations.
• A selfstarter who can work autonomously and excel through personal drive.
