Job Description:
- Experience in MS Dynamics full life cycle implementation and support (Techno-Functional) with 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in Business Process Cycles (Such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Receipt etc.)
- Sound understanding of ERP development and experience in implementation of business requirements from an IT standpoint
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
- Experience in designing MS Dynamics solutions by prioritizing simplicity, appropriate scale, resiliency and maintainability
- Experience in designing and implementing Internal Controls as per SOX standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability/desire to work in a team-based, customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills to all levels of management
- Ensure client service delivery in accordance with the quality guidelines & methodologies.
- Build and maintain client relationship by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of work.
- Contribute in people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills including the ability to research and understand sophisticated processes and effectively communicate them to interested parties
- Demonstrate superior relationship building and relationship leadership skills
Skill set:
- MS Dynamics Consultant with Functional exp in Order to Pay, Order to cash, Business Process cycles experience
