Overview

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining successful relationships with partners and clients and contributing to the overall expansion strategy. This role is essential in the development and implementation of business plans that align with the company s objectives and drive sustainable financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and partners through market research and strategic analysis
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders
  • Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and clients to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business plans
  • Track and report on business development activities and results
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services based on market feedback
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and strategies
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities and achieve sales targets
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback and innovative ideas

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in sales business development or related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding capabilities
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Understanding of business development principles and practices
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus
  • Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment
