We are looking for the position of Marketing Specialist (Clinic / Salon / Distributorship)
Location: Oman
Objectives of the Role
The candidate shall be responsible for the success of the brand or brands at hand. Develop marketing strategies to increase a brands value and performance including brand positioning brand experience market share and profitability.
With Experience in beauty industry/salon someone who is very active in social media graphic designing content creation Mainly making Reels target alshaya (UAE) Huda beautyArabic speaking

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies: responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the companys goals and objectives.
2. Conduct market research needs to stay up to date with market trends conduct research to understand consumer needs preferences and behaviour and use data to optimize marketing strategies. 3. Manage marketing campaigns needs to oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media print and events.
4. Manage budgets: responsible for managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to ensure the best possible return on investment.
5. Collaborate with internal teams needs to work closely with other teams such as sales product development and customer service to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.
6. Manage external relationships: build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as vendors media outlets and influencers.
7. Measure and analyse results needs to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns analyse data and report on key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Qualification A baccalaureate or masters degree in marketing/communications.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience with the ability to handle brand management social media campaigns and organizing events in a similar industry (Salon/Beauty) is preferred.
3. Nationality: Candidate should be Arabic speaking.
4. Ability to develop implement and manage an Omni channel marketing plan program and campaign for an entire organization (or lines of business within an organization) to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
5. Have experience and confidence in featuring in video content.
6. Act as a brand representative in video shoots presenting information in an engaging and authentic manner.
