• Talk to users and continuously build problem hypotheses and solutions to drive user behavior
• Build a deep understanding of user workflows through qualitative and quantitative insights
• Define success metrics and monitor them to ensure products deliver the promised value
• Work with peers to continuously prioritize products that maximize customer satisfaction
• Work with engineers developers and designers shipping delightful product offerings
• Work with business teams to ensure we are always on track towards increasing our ARR

• Empathy for user behavior and ability to marry the same with a datadriven hypothesis
• Excellent written and communication skills to share insights and convince stakeholders
• Comfortable with design wireframing/prototyping on tools like Figma Balsamiq
• Familiarity with data crunching through SQL is preferred
