As a Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Our SAAS products and services while focusing on developing new accounts in Internation market and expanding existing accounts

Job Description:

Generating leads for the Data Analytics Practice.

Organizing leads and thorough follow up on the leads.

Tracking leads through the entire sales cycle.

Coordinate with the prospects and the frontend team and set up business meetings.

Conduct secondary research and collate relevant information and capture the information in the prospective formats.

Facilitate prospective client meetings and presentations.

Engage in dialogue to understand client requirements and expectations.

  • You will accurately forecast your monthly quarterly and annual revenue streams driving growth in your account base.
  • You will be responsible for driving new business as well as fostering your account base.


Requirements

  • Persistence and diligence to go the extra mile.
  • Phenomenal communication/presentation skills.
  • Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce and TechTarget.
  • Articulate in both verbal and written presentation.
  • Impeccable command over language /interpersonal in face to face as well as written communication.
  • Ability to build credibility with the audience.
  • A selfstarter capable of making sense in unstructured situations.
  • Organized and meticulous in maintaining leads and followups.
  • Making outbound sales calls is an integral part of this role and the candidate should be open to the idea of connecting with multiple customers in a day.
  • Cold calling experience; Previous experience as an inside sales representative or related sales experience.

Previous working experience as a Business Analyst for a minimum of 3 year(s). Experience in requirements management, backlog management, prioritization, release planning. Experience in customer management, negotiation, understanding customer voice. Experience working with U.S customers or partners. In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative thinker with a vision. Attention to details. Able to understand the market, the customer and the business to make sound decisions.
