Bar Manager

An opportunity has arisen for our Client in Derry for a restaurant manager in a 4* Hotel.

This role is to be overseeing the smooth running of this busy hotel and must delegate to a team of highly professional people managing them to increase sales and add value to the business offering customers over and above service and leading by example. Experience desired

Must have previous management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience in a senior F&B leadership role
  
• Plan forecast and execute food and beverage orders
  
• Process customer complaints patiently
  
• Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
  
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
  
• Track and order shipments
  
• Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
  
• Adhere to food health and safety standards
  
• Plan hire train oversee and manage the members of staff
  
• Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
  
• Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
