Campus Careers is a dynamic startup on a mission to revolutionize the job search process for college students. We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Engineering (Mobile) to lead the development and scaling of our mobile job app for iOS and Android. This is a unique opportunity to become a key part of our founding team and shape the future of job searching.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mobile App Development: Lead the endtoend development of our iOS and Android job app from conceptualization to deployment.
2. Tech Stack Selection: Choose and implement the ideal technology stack to ensure the apps performance scalability and user experience.
3. Code Quality: Maintain high coding standards conduct code reviews and ensure the app is bugfree and reliable.
4. Scalability: Develop strategies and architecture to scale the app as user numbers grow optimizing for speed and efficiency.
5. User Experience: Focus on creating an intuitive and userfriendly interface to enhance the jobseeking experience.
6. Team Building: As a cofounder actively participate in team building recruiting and fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. Attract top quality Engineers to work at Campus Careers.
7. Technical Leadership: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies providing technical leadership and insights to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android.
Proficiency in app development languages such as Swift Java or Kotlin.
Strong expertise in mobile app development frameworks and libraries.
Experience in selecting and working with the appropriate tech stack.
A track record of delivering highquality userfriendly apps. 01 experience preferred
Ability to work independently and lead a small development team.
Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for innovation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
