THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of our team, the Business Development Representative will take a lead role in identifying new business opportunities related to our change management services for large enterprise technology You ll be taking the lead researching, contacting, and developing relationships with new potential HRT The ideal candidate has a history of sourcing new leads to achieve their quarterly result targets, and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting and lead nurturing in a competitive ;

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing both inbound and outbound Once qualified, you will support HRT s executive partners to drive closed If you are motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we d like to meet

  • Build a well thought through sales business development plan to continuously build the sales funnel with new qualified leads
    • To nurture relationships with our target audience and continually find ways to drive value with each and every touchpoint
    • Plans to attend conferences, webinars, and promotions, as needed to gain maximum exposure and networking opportunities
    • Track and measure, and hit your KPI's
  • Strong sales cycle follow-through from the initial discovery call to qualification hand-off to HRT partners or staff
    • Discover what business problems prospects are trying to solve, and use leverage these insights to qualify the prospect
    • Research and build new account relationships, lapsed relationships, and/or network relationships
    • Effective B2B lead outreach via emails, LinkedIn, event, and cold calls
    • Accurately track and maintain customer interactions and information in our CRM system (Zoho)
    • Set up meetings between (prospective) clients and HRT partners or other HRT stakeholder expert

  • Collaborate effectively with HRT partners beyond qualification; the partners at HRT will be on point to close deals you identify or nurture (, your role will include providing additional research, driving specific meeting follow ups)
    • Come prepared to contribute to regular weekly sales meetings and any other stand ups or

YOU
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual with hustle to find new accounts and follow through to nurture prospects through the sales cycle
  • A desire to help clients solve their business transformation problems, with a demonstrated curiosity to uncover customer needs and business objectives
  • 3+ years of previous experience with proven success in a B2B Sales environment, ideally with a focus on selling services
    • Experience in selling technology services or selling human capital services would be an asset
    • Proficiency writing sales outbound communications
    • Experience with maintaining an impeccable CRM
    • Proven hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold call
    • Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
      • Disciplined cadence of outreach and follow-up, across a wide variety of lead sources
      • Resilience ability to stay positive focused on adding value with prospects in each conversation
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to understand and adopt the HRT value messaging
